A male customer nearly stabbed a delivery rider after he was scammed by an online seller and received the wrong item.

Nowadays, a lot of delivery riders have been complaining about rude and cruel customers. Some clients usually expressed their frustrations and disappointment upon receiving the wrong items from online sellers.

However, delivery employees were not liable regarding the parcel’s content. Riders were just tasked to deliver the item without knowing its content.

Unfortunately, there are some customers who can’t understand the policy when returning items to the seller. Some clients were blaming delivery workers when something bad happens to their parcels.

Recently, the Facebook page “VIRAL Context” shared video footage of a male customer who nearly stabbed a delivery rider during the transaction. The video circulates online and garnered various reactions from the netizens.

In the video, it can be seen that the customer is opening his parcel delivered by a rider. The raging man expressed his frustration and bad-mouthed the delivery after learning he was scammed.

After a few moments, the old man carries his knife and nearly stabbed the delivery worker. The customer even chased the rider after receiving pieces of garbage instead of a welding machine.

The rider repeatedly explained that he has no liability on the parcel because he was just tasked to deliver the item.
