Store Owner Squeezing Female Customer’s Chest for Fun Arrested
Police authorities arrested a store owner for allegedly squeezing the chest of his female customer for fun in Carcar City, Cebu.
Carcar City police arrested a sari-sari store owner in Sitio Cabiawon, Barangay Valencia, Carcar City, Cebu hours after he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old female customer. They identified the suspect as 58-year-old Alejandro Alicaway.
The girl and her older sister went to the police station to report the event, according to Lieutenant Colonel Ardioleto Cabagnot, the head of the Carcar City Police Station. They were informed by Leah (not her real name) that she had previously purchased coffee from the suspect’s shop.
She claimed that as soon as he handed it to her, he promptly felt it. She claimed that he fondled her butt and pinched her chest. Leah claimed that after being shocked by what had just occurred, she went back home right once and told her older sister about her experience at Alicaway’s hands, based on the report.
She continued by saying that he had groped her before. She had always been too afraid to tell her parents, though. Around 10:30 p.m., Alicaway was discovered by the station’s women and children’s desk staff and on-duty investigators. seized him, and took him away.
The 14-year-old is attractive and seductive. The suspect took a chance when he saw his wife wasn’t present, according to the police. On Monday, October 3, Alicaway was accused of lewd behavior. The suspect acknowledged caressing Leah’s butt when questioned.
Alicaway, though, adamantly denied pressing the girl’s chest. Alicaway has the right to defend himself, according to Cabagnot, but he will have a difficult time doing so given the victim’s allegations that he sexually abused her four times.
