1-year-old Child crying for milk allegedly beaten by parents who are high on illegal drugs called ‘shabu’ in Cebu City.

For reportedly hitting their one-year-old son at their house in Compostela town, northern Cebu, on Friday, September 23, police detained a man and his live-in partner. Frustrated parricide charges have finally been brought against the suspects.

Drugs Parents Beaten Child

According to the report in Manila Bulletin, the crying of the famished victim in Compostela, Cebu City, is said to have caused the couple who beat the kid to have a horrible trip. William Valiente and Brigilda Dacua, two citizens of the aforementioned town, were named as the suspects by the Compostela Police Station.

Both accused admitted using illegal substances the night their youngster was injured last Friday. After the crime, they escaped, but Valiente’s brother called the police and denounced them.

After reporting the incident to the police, the couple fled. Valiente was apprehended in the Carbon Public Market, according to Consolacion police, after an active and persistent hot pursuit operation.

When they heard the victim’s cries, the youngsters reportedly ran to the suspects’ home. According to reports, they pummeled the victim while they pursued the accused.

According to the police inquiry, the couple became irate when the youngster cried out for milk. At the Compostela Police Station, the couple is currently in jail.
