Vic Sotto has a new show with his daughter Tali
Veteran comedian-host Vic Sotto has spoken about his daughter Talitha or Tali being in showbiz now.
Tali is part of Vic’s new show Love, Bosleng and Tali with his wife Pauleen Luna on Net25. Based on the article in PEP, this show has a format that is the same as ABS-CBN’s Maalaala Mo Kaya and GMA’s Magpakailanman.
In a recent interview, Bossing was asked why he and Pauleen let Tali be part of their new show. “Pagka iyon ang kinalakihan niya, napapanood niya sa TV yung daddy niya, yung mommy niya. Hindi mo maaawat, e!” Vic Sotto said.
He added that perhaps being in showbiz is already in Tali’s blood to be a good singer and a good actress, then, he pointed to his wife Pauleen. The veteran comedian-host jokingly said that being a good comedian, Tali might also inherit it from his wife.
Vic also shared that behind the camera, his daughter is actually funny. “And hilig, e! E, alam mo na, pag ang hilig ng bata, hindi mo maaawat, e, hindi mo mapipigil,” he said.
The Eat Bulaga host stressed that the important thing is that Tali is enjoying what she does and she is looking forward to every taping day. Pauleen added that it is a good thing that they are present in their daughter’s acting experience.
“We can lead her, we can, you know, somewhat protect her. And also I think it is, she’s very fortunate dahil di ba, she’s given this chance to learn from the best!” she said. The wife of Vic Sotto also said that because of this, it was not difficult for them to decide whether to let Tali join them or not.
She also shared that initially, they thought it was just Vic who will be in the show. After the comedian’s meeting with the network, they were informed that she and Tali are also part of the show.
