JV Ejercito received this accusation
Senator JV Ejercito reacted to the rumor about a senator who allegedly impregnated his chief of staff.
This rumor started because of the rumored breakup between actress Heart Evangelista and Senator Chiz Escudero. Along with the breakup rumors, it was alleged that Sen. Chiz impregnated a woman.
Regarding this rumor, based on a previous article, it was said that a source clarified that allegedly it was a different Senator who impregnated a member of his staff. It was also said that the senator is a married man and that the woman he impregnated is not his type.
According to the rumor, the woman who got pregnant was the executive secretary of the senator. Just recently, a netizen shared a tweet with the accusation that the lawmaker in the rumor is Sen. JV Ejercito.
“Hahaha tahimik ka ata @jvejercito. Busy mag settle sa nabuntis mong chief of staff? Lol,” Twitter user @KingNginamo1 tweeted.
This received a reaction from the son of former President Joseph ‘Erap’ Estrada. Sen. JV stressed that there is no truth to this. “A big lie! Wag kayo gumawa ng istorya dahil may asawa po ang tao. Nanahimik kami ang nagtatrabaho wag kami idamay sa ganyang chismis,” the lawmaker said.
Following this, Sen. JV shared another tweet calling this “fake news of a scandal”. He also said that as a political figure, he is already used to getting involved in this kind of issue. However, he stressed the virtue of being responsible.
“Hay naku this particular circle spreading fake news of a “scandal” of me & my chief of staff this time, nung una yung EA ko na si Chen. Kaming pulitiko sanay sa ganito, please wag niyo idamay mga taong walang kinalaman at may mga pamilya. Kawawa naman sila. Be responsible,” Sen. JV Ejercito said. The lawmaker received support from his followers amid this issue.
