Dulce is indeed a timeless diva
Asia’s Timeless Diva Dulce caught the attention of the online community to this video that was taken in a hospital.
The Cebuano singer’s music career is such an inspiration to the younger generation of singers. Her success was basically a rags-to-riches story. She came from a poor family but her voice has brought her to many places.
At a young age, she already started performing in her hometown. With her dream to make it big in the music industry, she joined the famous singing contest Tawag ng Tanghalan and this opened many opportunities for her.
She is now considered one of the icons of the Philippine music industry. In a recent video that was posted on the Facebook Page of CDN Digital, Dulce showed that she is generous in sharing her talent with other people.
The veteran singer serenaded the patients in a hospital with the praise song Hesus which was originally performed by the band Alamid. In the video, the timeless diva was going from one bed to the other to sing in front of the patients.
Her raw performance was filled with emotion and actions as if she was performing on a stage. As of this writing, the said video has already reached almost three thousand views, and more than two hundred reactions.
Netizens who commented on this video of the veteran actress lauded her for what she did for the hospital patients. “Parang ibig ko na mag pa ospital jan idol,” a netizen commented.
Meanwhile, in 2018, Dulce was tasked to be the Punong Hurado in It’s Showtime‘s Tawag ng Tanghalan segment. She received criticism as she was accused of not doing her job well. Prior to her, veteran singer Rey Valera was the head judge who also received criticism for the way he was judging the contestants.
