Kit Thompson is set to do a new movie
Actor Kit Thompson is thankful that he has a new movie project in spite of the controversy that involved him and his former girlfriend Ana Jalandoni.
Kit was last scene in the series La Vida Lena and in the movie Sarap Mong Patayin. When the shocking incident happened between him and Ana, Kit had to step back. Reportedly, projects that he was supposed to do was offered to other actors.
He was supposed to do a YouTube series with Herlene Budol but this stint was done by Joseph Marco. It was also said that he was supposed to be part of the series Flower of Evil but he was replaced by JC de Vera.
Just recently, a video from Cornerstone Entertainment, the company handling Kit Thompson, hinted at his comeback. In a recent article in PUSH, it was confirmed that Kit will be doing a new movie titled Showroom.
The actor said that he is thankful that there are still people are willing to work with him despite the controversy. “Siyempre ano, thankful ako na may mga taong you know… Tiningnan pa rin kung paano ako magtrabaho, na nakasama ako at kung paano ako. So, nakaka-touch, nakakatuwa na…” he said.
He added that this was difficult for him as he thought that everything is turning. “Hindi ko ma-articulate ng sarili ko,” he admitted. With the people who trust him, Kit said that this inspires him to do better and be better for himself. The actor is also thankful for the support that he receives from his management.
“I’m thankful na I’m back! Actually pinagdasal ko nga ito, eh, I think a week ago or something. Habang nag-iisip ako nagdasal lang ako and eto, dumating nga, so I thank the Lord for this,” he said.
Director Carlo Obispo said that he does not mind whatever issues that Kit Thompson went through in the past. The important thing to the director is how the actor works on the set. Producer Len Carrillo of 3:16 Media Network, who already worked with Kit in the movie Moonlight Butterfly, attested that he is easy to work with and he is a good actor.
