Here’s what Kaladkaren Davila said about recent issues
Showbiz personality Kaladkaren Davila reacted to the alleged “issue” she has with actresses Ruffa Gutierrez and Karla Estrada.
To recall, the issue between Kaladkaren and Ruffa started when they expressed different opinions during an episode of Miss Q and A, a segment in It’s Showtime, in which they were both judges.
Because of that, speculations surfaced that there is “alitan” between them. However, in a previous statement, Ruffa stressed that she and Kaladkaren are friends despite their different opinions on certain things.
Then, netizens talked about the funny remark that Karla Estrada had when Kaladkaren Davila gave her statement as a Miss Q and A judge. “Alam mo, ba’t hindi na lang pala ikaw mag-isa dito? Kayang-kaya mo naman, e!” Karla jokingly said.
Based on the article in PEP, during a recent interview, the showbiz personality said that there is no issue between her Ruffa Gutierrez and Karla Estrada. “Ang dami kong mga kontrobersiya nitong mga nakaraang araw—about ke Ate Ruffa, about kay Momshie Karla—but we’re all friends,” she said.
Kaladkaren added that was just the way how she and Karla would joke with each other. She said that she was not offended by what the Queen Mother said. “Love, love, love na lang tayo guys. Magkakaibigan kami, di ba?” she said to those who are trying to paint a different color on their banters.
Kaladkaren Davila also said that people might have speculated negative things about them because of their different political beliefs.
Meanwhile, the showbiz personality is happy to be part of the first season of Drag Race Philippines as one of the judges. She shared that as a judge, she is “mabait” and jokingly said that it was her co-judge Filipino-American drag queen Jiggly Caliente who is “maldita.”
Kaladkaren also shared that she is focused on giving constructive criticisms to the contestants for the pioneer season of the show that is hosted by Paolo Ballesteros.
