Juancho Trivino has this very important real-life role
Kapuso actor Juancho Trivino talked about fatherhood, the role he is playing for his son Alonso Eliam with his wife TV host Joyce Pring.
The 29-year-old actor had his first son with Joyce in 2021 and he has been enjoying every moment he has with their bundle of joy. Behind all his showbiz engagements, Juancho is still playing an important role off-cam.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, the actor said that he loves that he and Joyce can be hands-on parents to their baby. “Nae-enjoy namin ‘yung current na setup na parehas kaming hands-on kay Eliam, Juancho Trivino said.
The actor also shared that he feels overwhelmed every time his son is showing that he is very welcoming and that he really felt loved by the cute baby. He said that this is the reason why he and Joyce wanted to be with their son always.
Meanwhile, when he is not occupied by his duties as a father and his acting projects, Juancho is doing also his podcast titled One on Juancho. He said that through this podcast, he wants to show the public that there are more things beyond the success of the celebrities they admire.
“Siyempre may mga struggle rin sila and hindi lang puro achievements ‘yung nakikita natin,” the actor stressed. Juancho Trivino is also preparing for his upcoming series Maria Clara at Ibarra. In this series, he will be portraying the antagonist role.
As part of his preparation, he is undergoing an acting workshop with Sparkle mentor Ana Feleo. The actor shared that he will be playing the character of Padre Salve. “Alam naman natin nung unang panahon na ‘yung mga pari, the friars during that time ang very powerful and [controlling],” he said, adding that now, he knows how to speak Spanish a little.
