Career or family life? Lovi Poe has this answer to this question
Kapamilya actress Lovi Poe was asked if she is ready to leave her showbiz career for her own family that she will have with her future husband.
Lovi is in a relationship with British writer-producer Montgomery Blencowe. Although they are in a long-distance relationship, the couple was able to embrace this kind of setup. The actress is doing challenging roles in her recent projects and these definitely showed how versatile she is.
In a recent interview for her new movie Sleep With Me with Janine Gutierrez, based on the article PEP, Lovi Poe was asked if she will choose her family life over her career. She admitted that this is a hard question for her to answer because, for many years now, her focus is on her career in showbiz.
“Parang, I think I would want to be with someone who will still push me and let me do my career and let me be myself,” the actress said. Lovi and Montgomery are not yet engaged, however, the actress said that the girl who will marry her boyfriend is definitely lucky.
She said that her boyfriend has been very supportive of her career and this is what she needs in her life. The actress believes that if someone would uplift her and would push her to reach her dreams, then, she would be with that person.
Talking about her relationship with her boyfriend, Lovi Poe said that she is satisfied although they are not frequently together. “Right now, I’d like to say we’re very happy, we’re both career-oriented, that’s why we push each other to do sa careers namin and also our personal lives,” she shared.
Lovi Poe also stressed that with many years of being together, she and Montgomery Blencowe are indeed serious with each other.
Meanwhile, the actress has recently launched her own production company called C’est Lovi Productions. She shared that it has been her dream to put up a production company just like what her father the late The King Fernando Poe, Jr. did.
