Diego Loyzaga and Franki Russell will star in a new Vivamax film
Actor Diego Loyzaga has a new movie titled Pabuya with former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Franki Russell who was linked to him in the past.
Diego has already done several movies that were shown on Vivamax, the streaming platform of Viva Entertainment. For his recent movie, he will be paired with Franki and many showbiz fans knew that they have a history.
Rumors linking Diego and Franki started to circulate when their sweet photos together surfaced online last May. Many netizens thought that they are already a couple. However, in an initial interview, the actor denied that he and Franki are a thing. Diego even stressed that he prefers to be single.
However, netizens could not easily believe what the actor said as they spotted the matching tattoos that he and Franki have. Eventually, Diego Loyzaga admitted that he and Franki Russell were dating but another twist happened. Netizens noticed that they already unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Following what happened between Diego and Franki, they are now set to star in a new film, based on the article in the Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub. Glimpses of their photoshoot were shared on recent social media posts of Diego.
Based on their photo, they will definitely have intimate scenes in the movie. As of this writing, no further details have yet been revealed about this new movie.
Meanwhile, Diego Loyzaga received praise from his father award-winning actor Cesar Montano for his performance in the movie Maid in Malacañang. Diego played the character of Bongbong Marcos, who was elected as President last 2022 elections.
The said movie is the first big screen project together of the father-and-son tandem. Cesar played the character of former President Ferdinand Marcos. The seasoned actor said that he was surprised at how good his son is.
