Kapamilya stars Heaven Peralejo and Markus Paterson are among the promising stars of the Kapamilya network. They were also among those who stayed despite the lack of franchise of the network. And just recently, a teaser of their Maalaala Mo Kaya episode was released.
Speaking about his role in this episode, Markus said that it wasn’t hard to pull it off because just like him, the character is also a hopeless romantic. Moreover, working with Peralejo also made things easier.
He also opened up about them. They have accordingly known each other since she was 16 and he was 17. This made their connection just come out naturally in this project.
The actor said, “And it’s very easy to work with Heaven. I’ve known her since she was 16 and I was 17 so we have that connection that just comes naturally. And it’s our first time working together acting-wise surprisingly.”
Being an actor for several years now, he said that one key in order to portray various characters well is put himself on it. Also, some personal past experiences might help to make performance more authentic based on a report from Push.
Meanwhile, just this year, Paterson and Janella Salvador faced rumors about their split but both have been mum about it. In a previous article, the actress said that they are both aware of the speculation but pled more time and respect from the people regarding this personal matter in their lives.
They neither confirmed more denied but they both asked for respect from people for whatever they have now.
And Peralejo, on the other hand, had Kiko Estrada as her last relationship so far. They did not last long. For her next relationship, she hopes to find a much better love because she believes that this is what she deserves.
