Currently trending and making rounds online is the engagement announcement of Kapuso actress Maine Mendoza and Kapamilya actor Arjo Atayde. Maine made the announcement first on her Instagram page with a quirky and unique caption to share the milestone of their relationship with the public.
“Wait, whaaaat??? We’re engaged?! 🤯” simply stated Maine in her post. And Arjo, on the other hand, share more photos of this event reflecting the “arjo, cutie” manifestation of Maine about him many years back which was posted of the same date of their engagement in 2013.
“My turn, I will marry you cutie. ❤️ 07.28.22” he said.
Meanwhile, in a previous article, the actor revealed something about what’s next for him in his career being an actor after winning first district representative of Quezon City last election. He said that he won’t stop making projects while he fulfills his duties and responsibilities to the people.
“Iyan ang aking hanapbuhay. So, I can’t stop that. Of course, I have to prioritize specially this one (public service) but of course hindi na mawawala sa akin ang pag-aartista,” he said.
But what’s next in his personal life, more specifically in his love life is marrying his “cutie” Maine.
It seems like the date July 28 plays a very significant role in their lives. This is the same date Maine posted the “arjo, cutie” post on Twitter in the year 2013. This is also the same date of their first meeting and now, it’s the same date they got engaged.
