‘Babalik Sa’yo’ is a song about a person who is coming back to a love uncomparable, an unexpected love. It is about doing anything – whatever it takes just to be with that person.

The words and music of this were created by Moira Dela Torre and her former husband Jason Hernandez. As much as many are aware, Jason surprised us with the announcement that he and Moira got separated and their separation is because of his unfaithfulness.
In three years of their marriage, he had an affair and this is something he directly admitted to people. This ended the rumors but it did not take the surprise people felt when he confessed it.
Talking about the newly-released song, Moira talked about the love and longing that the song tackles. The video of the new subtheme song of the hit ABS-CBN Entertainment primetime series shows kilig moments of Ali Fajardo and Eloy Borja. Ali and Eli are the characters of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla.

Meanwhile, Moira and Jason got married in January 2019. Their wedding happened two years after being a couple. They started as friends to best friends until they became a couple.
Jason, when he admitted that he cheated, did not elaborate like sharing the identity of the third party. He just directly admitted that it was his fault while Moira, after the announcement stressed that she did not cheat while they were still together.
