Willie Revillame talked about his partnership with AMBS
Veteran TV host Willie Revillame reacted to the rumors that he already recruited artists for shows on the Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS).
Willie just recently signed a contract with the TV network of business tycoon Manny Villar. Together with the network’s president Beth Tolentino, Kuya Wil is forming shows’ formats.
However, based on the article in PEP, during the interview after the contract signing, the veteran host denied that there were already artists that were recruited. As of this writing, they are still forming the shows that will be aired on AMBS. Kuya Wil said that they have the facilities and equipment needed to broadcast or air their shows but they are still in the process of conceptualizing what to be presented to the viewers.
“Actually, I’ll be honest with you, sabi nga ni Ms. Beth, we are now open for hiring, of course, production staff, sa technical, we are now open,” Willie Revillame said.
This goes also with the talents. “Hindi totoo yung tsismis na may kinausap kaming ganito, kinausap… wala pang kinakausap,” he added. Kuya Wil also stressed that they will still to the Villar family regarding this aspect and that there is no truth to the rumors that there are already certain artists for certain shows.
“Dahil kami ni Ms. Beth ang kumakausap sa managers, sa kumpanya ng mga kukuhaning artista, at sa mga artista. Wala pa ho,” he stressed. Kuya Wil also said that another press conference will be held if this matter is already settled.
Willie Revillame shared that he and Beth Tolentino are targeting to launch the new shows of AMBS in October this year.
