Kris Aquino Treatment Will Cost Her Billion Says Cristy Fermin

Cristy Fermin has these revelations about Kris Aquino who is currently suffering from a rare disease.

KRIS AQUINO – Showbiz reporter Cristy Fermin was shocked over the possible expenses of Kris Aquino for her treatment.

In a previous article, Kris Aquino has made everyone worry about her. She announced that apart from her rare autoimmune disease, she was also diagnosed with Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA), an extremely rare form of vasculitis and is life-threatening.

“The subsequent 9-12 months will be crucial for us to see if she (Aquino) can achieve remission and continue the regimen further because to survive, Ms. Aquino will have to make whichever combination works, her lifetime maintenance medicine,” says her doctor.

EGPA is very rare the life expectancy is about 25% and a 5-year survival rate is 62% with proper treatment. She bade goodbye to her followers as she will be seeking treatments abroad. EGPA is also known as the Churg-Strauss Syndrome.

And in the lastest episode of “Showbiz Now Na”, veteran showbiz Cristy Fermin discussed her condition again. Accordingly, the cost of her treatment may possible reach billion. She revealed, “Pero alam mo, pagka nag-a-addition addition, naku talagang lahat ng pagdagdag ng mga numero, grabe pala. Bilyon pala aabutin ng dalawang taon niya.”

Fermin shared in amusement that the total cost might reach a billion in just two years’ time. She also added Kris won’t surely endure the lack of finances because has and her family has a lot of it but she is sure that a big portion of the pie will be cut off.

The veteran columnist added that a saying must be true.

She expressed, “Alam mo totoo ‘yung kasabihan ano, lahat ng meron ka, lahat ng naipon mo, lahat ng pwede mo pang hugutin, isang sakit lang ang katapat mo. Totoo ‘yon.”
