Shaina Magdayao and Angel Aquino’s acting in Ang Probinsyano in its recent episode received praises.
ANG PROBINSYANO – The acting of Shaina Magdayao and Angel Aquino in recent FPJAP episode was praised by many people.
In the June 3 episode of the ABS-CBN teleserye, Ang Probinsyano, it was shown that Cardo has fallen captured by their enemies. He was left bleeding after being shot and Lily, a character played by Lorna Tolentino, decided to keep him alive instead of ultimately ending his life right there and then.
He survived and he escaped death once again. But his allies and friends did not know this. After seeing and thinking that Cardo has died, they were left in pure devastation. Some were already on the verge of giving while some, despite the hopelessness, maintained a strong stance to still continue fighting for the country.
And among the most lauded performances in the intense scene were the acting of Shaina Magdayao and Angel Aquino. Their characters have a contrasting stand on the issue but the acting of both actresses was on point. The viewers were moved and how they threw the lines strung a string of emotions in the feelings of the viewers.
Diana, played by Aquino, expressed in tears, “Nawala lang si Cardo, nalimutan niyo nang lumipad? Ayaw niyo nang makipaglaban? Ngayon pa ba? …Hindi ito ang panahon para panghinaan tayo ng loob! Tayo na lang ang lumalaban para sa bansang ito. Tayo na lang!”
