Jason Abalos and Vickie Rushton are taking their relationship to the next level
Celebrity couple Jason Abalos and Vickie Rushton have announced their engagement through their recent social media posts.
Jason and Vickie met in Bacolod in 2010. The actor shared in his post for their 8th anniversary in 2018 the story of how they met. It was during the Masskara Festival when Jason was performing on stage.
Vickie was the fan who went up on stage as the actor sang for her. Over the years, their relationship was strengthened by the love they have for each other. It can be seen in them that they are very supportive of each other’s endeavors.
On June 2, the couple finally revealed the status of their relationship now, an engaged couple. In Vickie Rushton’s Instagram post, she shared a photo of a hand mark on the sand with a ring. The next photo showed that she was hugging Jason Abalos while flashing her engagement ring.
“So, Baba and I have been keeping a little secret… (white heart emoji)” she wrote. Then, Vickie shared this Bible verse, “When the time is right I, the Lord, will make it happen. Isaiah 60:22.”
In Jason’s IG post, he shared the same hugging photo with Vickie and he apparently revealed the real date of their engagement. “Habambuhay ko pasasalamat ang Panginoon sa buhay mo Baba.
Patugtugin na ang kampana! (face throwing a kiss, red heart emojis) 9/1/21 (ring emoji),” the actor wrote.
