Malacañang Announces Alert Level in Metro Manila, Other Areas from June 1-15

Malacañang Reveals Areas under Alert Level 1, 2 Until mid of June

MALACAÑANG – The Palace announced the alert level in Metro Manila and several other areas from June 1-15, 2022.

The COVID-19 pandemic urged the government and the health authorities to place the Philippines under restrictions. It is more than two (2) years now that the fight against the spread of coronavirus started not only in PH but as well as in several other nations.

The pandemic cost a lot of lives across the globe, it pulled economies down, and urged the people to live under the “new normal” setting. PH remains under restrictions while there are still cases of coronavirus. The World Health Organization (WHO) and the Philippine government continue to remind the public not to be complacent and to continue practicing the health protocols.
