Eddie Gutierrez, in a eulogy, became emotional as he remembered his perennial love team’s goodness. He also shared some of their fondest memories together, especially their experience in Las Vegas where they personally met Elvis Presley.

Coco Martin also gave a tribute to the woman who boosted his confidence. She was the one who inspired him to be good and he has taken a lot of values with him from her. Roces was also the one who told him not to worry about not being fluent in English because a person’s goodness can be seen in how he or she treats other people, not his or her fluency in speaking English.

And now, recalling the final moments of the late actress in a hospital, Sheryl Cruz shared a story. Roces died at the age of 80 due to cardiopulmonary arrest. According to Sheryl, she was called by her cousin to go to the hospital and so she did thinking to help and do things that needed to be done.

She was able to see her even before she was sent to a private room coming from the ICU. She and her children were also able to say their goodbyes to her. Before passing, Susan waited for Alexandra and Sofia.

She is grateful to her Mama Inday and FPJ because of them, she is close to her cousins. It’s because of them that they are close as a family.

Based on a report from PEP, she said, “We are so grateful for Him sharing our auntie with us dahil napakabuti niyang tao, at kakaiba siya maging magulang, pangawalang magulang sa aming magpipinsan.”
