Toni Talks of Toni Gonzaga Is Becoming “Cheap”

Xian Gaza shared his thoughts on the recent Toni Talks episodes

Social media personality Xian Gaza, a self-proclaimed Pambansang Marites, said that Toni Talks, the YouTube talk show of actress-host Toni Gonzaga, is becoming “cheap.”

Toni tried vlogging after her sister Alex Gonzaga convinced her. Eventually, the wife of filmmaker Paul Soriano started her talk show on the video-sharing social media platform.

Several episodes of the said YT talks show have become number one on the trending list on YouTube. However, the recent episodes of Toni’s online talk show did not sit well with Xian Gaza, based on the article in Balita.

Through his Facebook post, the social media personality said that Toni’s program on YouTube is becoming cheap. “Chumi-cheap na yung mga content ni Toni Gonzaga. Wala ng class. Yucks,” he said.

Xian also said that creators who do not have anything as content joined forces to feature each other as content. On the other hand, he commended Toni for going with the flow on social media in order to receive a high number of views but for Xian, the value of “Toni Talks” branding is decreasing.

“From high-class national talk show to low-class vlog channel. Kahit Kakampink ako eh mas gugustuhin ko pa yung mga BBM moments niya noon kahit maraming haters. Ibang level. To the highest level. Malakas ang dating. Solid talk show,” Xian said.

He added that the show is now a hybrid of Charo Santos and Korina Sanchez. “Cheapipay pa ng mga gine-guest. Na-prioritize yung socmed mileage over brand quality,” he said.

Xian Gaza also said that before elections, he would say that Toni Talks was “petmalu” but this is not the case now. “Sobrang bigatin ng mga iniinterview. Very relevant sa buong bansa. Siya na ang bagong Queen of Talk Show ng Pilipinas! Pawer!” Anyare…” the social media personality said.

This month of May, Toni’s talk show featured content creators Zeinab Harake, Viy Cortez, and Toni Fowler as part of her Mother’s Day special.
