What is the relationship between Joshua Garcia and the Ateneo Lady Eagles guard?
JOSHUA GARCIA – Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia finally reveals the real score between him and Ateneo Lady Eagles guard Trina Guytingco.
In a previous article, some photos of the actor being close and cozy with Ateneo Lady Eagles guard Trina Guytingco caught attention online. Some were quick to assume that the female athlete could be his new girlfriend.
Guytingco was with them when they went to Palawan. They were with Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, and their other celebrity friends. And, setting the record straight, the actor finally spoke and put an end to the rumors.
He revealed that they are just “tropa”. He also admitted that they are both single and their friends have actually been teasing the two of them. He said, “Nagkataon lang siguro nung time na yun, partner-partner sila tapos parehas kaming single kaya parang tropa-tropa namin may pag-push.”
After their El Nido trip, they were not able to hang out again but they have plans in the future based on a report from PEP.
Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend Julia Barretto previously shared that she’s been telling the actor to not get into a relationship for now because he’s in his prime as an actor. She believes that getting into a relationship would only limit what he can do being an artist.
Reacting to this advice from his former love team and ex-girlfriend, he expressed that he sees nothing wrong with it. He’s also not entirely closing his mind to getting a girlfriend but for now, he is taking his time because the past few months, he’s been loaded with work which he is grateful for.
