Puerto believes that one visitor probably sneaker a guitar string into the facility. He said that the detainer might have been swapping out to cut the steel bars while singing worship songs inside the jail cell.

The police station chief said that the detainees were singing worship songs every 6:00 pm. The inmates were performing their scheme while there was limited number of police personnel at the station due to election deployment.

The official said that the culprits might get the idea from drug suspects who have been arrested during a buy-bust operation. One detainee who is already at the top of the ceiling returned after hearing an incoming cop.
