During the May 9 elections, the following candidates are vying for the vice-presidential seat:

  1. ATIENZA, LITO (PROMDI)
  2. BELLO, WALDEN (PLM)
  3. DAVID, RIZALITO (DPP)
  4. DUTERTE, SARA (LAKAS)
  5. LOPEZ, MANNY SD (WPP)
  6. ONG, DOC WILLIE (AKSYON)
  7. PANGILINAN, KIKO (LP)
  8. SERAPIO, CARLOS (KTPNAN)
  9. SOTTO, VICENTE TITO (NPC)

“Word of honor and loyalty are of far greater importance than an election win. I am glad that I did not yield to any political pressure to change my principles and kept my integrity intact till the end,” says he in his statement.

He ranked third in the vice presidential race while on the second rank is Senator Kiko Pangilinan. On top of the list is Sara Duterte who earned more than 30 million votes. And now, amid defeat, his daughter, Ciara Sotto, believed that they still won.

They won in God’s love, true friends, and their loving family who never left them on their journey. She expressed, “panalo parin po tayo sa pagmamahal ni Lord, sa mga TUNAY nating kaibigan, at sa PAMILYA na hinding hindi tayo iniwan. 🤍🤍🤍 I love you so much, Daddy! I am so proud of you. 🤍”
