The LPA/ITCZ will bring cloudy weather condition with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao.

Partly cloudy to cloudy condition with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Northern Samar. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience similar weather condition.

The weather agency has also warned the public for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon are expected to experience warm and generally fair weather condition except for isolated rain showers in the afternoon and evening due to localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Northern Luzon as well as the rest of the country will be slight to moderate.
