Dr. Jose Montemayor Jr. has both legal and medical degrees, a cardiologist, and a teacher. He is working as a consultant in Clinical Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at St. Luke’s Medical Center and National Kidney and Transplant Institute. He is a professor at San Sebastian College, Palawan State University, and San Beda College.
