Action star Robin Padilla who is running for senator and he is campaigning under the UniTeam of former Senator Bongbong Marcos and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.

A few weeks before the Election Day, it was said that a senator wanted Robin out of their team. In a recent Showbiz Update vlog of comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz, this is one of the topics he discussed with Mama Loi.

Ogie is supporting the senatorial candidacy of Robin even though they are supporting different presidential and vice-presidential candidates. The comedian who became a vlogger is supporting Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Kiko Pangilinan.

Ogie mentioned that there was one senator who is a newly added member to the picket is just pretending in front of Robin Padilla. However, Ogie said that senator in reality does not like Robin and wanted him out of their team. The talent manager refused to reveal the name of the said senator.

In line with this issue, Robin’s wife Mariel Padilla shared her reaction. The celebrity vlogger is very supportive of the political journey of her husband. She thanked the people who have been showing tremendous support for Robin, especially that he is getting high rankings in pre-election surveys.
