Authorities Found Missing 11-Year-Old Girl at the House 28-Year-Old Guy Friend

QUEZON CITY – The authorities found the missing 11-year-old girl at the house of her 28-year-old guy friend.

The Malabon City police found the missing girl at the house of her 28-year-old guy friend at Barangay Mayao Crossing in Lucena, Quezon. The cops arrested the suspect because of its action.

The police authorities arrested the suspect identified as Rodolfo Maglaque Jr. and his mother Aniseta Dacer. The two have been detained at the Malabon police station for taking the girl without its parent’s permission.

The girl went missing last April 12, 2022 after leaving her home in Malabon. The young teenager reportedly ran away from home because she wanted to stay away from her parents, according to the suspect.

The victim reportedly met Maglaque in an online mobile game. The suspect alleged courted the young girl and eventually convinced the latter. The teenager did not tell anyone about her plan to reside with Dacer.

“Gusto niya raw po lumayo sa magulang niya. Puwede naman po siya sa amin muna. Hindi ko po siya agad naisoli sa barangay. Yun po ang pagkakamali ko,” Sabi ko nga po sa kaniya hinahanap ka ng nanay mo. Kapag ako may pera talagang dadalhin ko siya dito. Wala na pong barangay ng araw na yun kaya hindi na-i-report,” Maglaque said.

The guy also explained that he just helped the girl after she ran away from home. The girl’s mom also noticed several changes with her daughter’s behavior after the incident.

According to the cops, Maglaque and his mom may face charges of statutory rape and child abuse. The suspect also reiterated that commit no mistake.
