Meet the four leading men of Ivana Alawi in her launching series.
IVANA ALAWI – Kapamilya actress Ivana Alawi will top-bill a series called “A Family Affair” and meet her four leading men here.
Last 2020, Kapamilya actress Ivana Alawi revealed the reason why she backed out from doing Ang Lihim Ni Ligaya, her supposedly launching series. In a previous article, she shared that the pandemic was the major reason behind why she backed out. She has a sister with a serious medical condition and she doesn’t want to put the health of her family at risk.
The pandemic caused delays to shootings that have already started. And when the enhanced community quarantine was announced, the shooting for the said series was halted which was eventually shelved after Ivana decided to leave for health and safety reasons.
And now, returning to acting, she will be starring in her first-ever lead role with not just one, not just two, but four leading men. The series is entitled “A Family Affair” and her leading men are:
- Gerald Anderson as Paco Estrella
- Sam Milby as Dave Estrella
- Jake Ejercito as Seb Estrella
- Jameson Blake as Drew Estrella
Ivana will be playing the role of CherryRed. The series started filming last March at Masbate and will probably be premiered later this year.
Meanwhile, before her launching series, Ivana starred in “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” in 2018 and then “Mea Culpa: Sino Ang May Sala?” in 2019. She signed a contract with ABS-CBN in 2020 and currently, she’s one of the top vloggers in the country. Her YouTube channel carries over 15 million subscribers and she’s one of the fastest-rising local vloggers.
