Did Barbie Imperial just get back with her ex-boyfriend?
BARBIE IMPERIAL – In a recent interview, Kapamilya actress Barbie Imperial speaks about “balikan” rumors with Diego Loyzaga.
Diego Loyzaga and the 23-year-old actress Barbie Imperial confirmed and announced their split last February. The announcement of their split came to a couple of months after they celebrated their first anniversary in grand surprises for each other.
According to the actress, they broke up in a good way. It was a mutual decision between them and they have also remained friends. Their exchange of comments on social media and the way they would tease each other showed that their friendship did not end when their romantic relationship ended.
And just recently, amid the rumors about them being together again, the young actress denied such. In Magandang Buhay, she insisted their “kulitan” is only just because they are friends even before they got involved with each other romantically.
She explained, “Okay po kasi kami. Hindi naman po kami magkaaway pero hindi naman po kami nagbalikan. Friends lang, friends.”
Imperial then revealed that it has been already three months since she and the actor ended their relationship. She also shared that when he came back from America, they were able to talk about things and what happened between them.
Meanwhile, regarding how she moved on from their split, she revealed that she did not rush herself to be healed. She took her time and she sulk inside her room. She believes that pain must be felt. It demands to be or else, despite the denial, the pain will just surface over and over again.
