ANNE CURTIS – Kapamilya superstar Anne Curtis shares the positive changes in her life when she became a mother to Dahlia.
Parenthood, as many parents have confessed, is the most fulfilling role a person would ever do in his or her lifetime. It surely is not an easy task having them from being a baby to raising them to be good and respectful individuals but to see them grow up to be great is what makes everything worth it. It is a role without a day off or breaks but it is a role you wouldn’t want to let go of at the same time.
And as for Kapamilya superstar Anne Curtis, since she became a mother to Dahlia, motherhood brought her nothing but changes – all of it in a good way. She’s seeing things now in a whole lot of new and beautiful perspectives and it also dawned on her how fulfilling it is to become a mother.
Her life before was jampacked and hectic because of work but when Dahlia came, she learned to love the slow-paced life it gave her. She is used to doing everything all at once and to suddenly lie low from doing the things she used to do is a major change for her.
As for her baby’s name, apart from the beautiful meaning it holds and being literally such a beautiful flower, it speaks of a deeper value to her. Accordingly, Dahlia is the name of the very first character she portrayed when she joined show business.
Meanwhile, for Anne, raising a kid amid a pandemic turned out tough and challenging for her. This is because she wasn’t able to do what she had initially envisioned. Her expectations weren’t met and Dahlia did not have the life she imagined her to have. But, on the other side, the silver lining she’s focusing on given the situation is the quality time she was able to stay at home and spend most of it with her baby.
