BEA ALONZO – At 34, Bea Alonzo decides to live healthier and here are some things she did to lose her excess pounds.

In a previous article, Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo got candid about her weight loss and fitness journey. The pandemic has made her indulge in unhealthy foods and last year, she finally got a clap back to reality about her health as she knows that she’s not getting any younger.

She lost a lot in a month but in a healthier way. She had a personal trainer to keep her guided on what to do to burn off her calories. She also started eating healthy. She changed her lifestyle to live a good and healthy life. And just recently, during a conference of her newest endorsement, she opened up about her struggles just to lose weight.

She openly talked about her struggles, the kind of struggle that many could relate to. Weight gain seemed to have been everyone’s complaint but for Bea, a celebrity, this is alarming. The actress shared that ever since she was young, she’s really the “tabain” type and when she was younger, she did diet to be fit but she did not get the results that she wanted.

And in her 30s, she finally achieved it. She said, “And nakakatawa nga, nung pa-late 20s na ako, towards my early 30s — I’m 34 years old now — mas dun na ako nag-focus on health.”

Now, despite being mindful, she still gives herself a window to indulge and eat everything she wants. She just got back in Madrid and she shared that she ate everything that she want to during her stay there. She also shared some tips on what she does.

Besides eating healthy, she is also active and consistently does her workouts. And part of her being healthy, she tries to sleep six to eight hours per day based on a report from PEP.
