Netizen Expresses Slams Rider For Stealing Something From His Motorcycle

A male netizen has expressed his fury towards the rider for allegedly stealing something from his motorcycle.

Robbery has been one of the major problems not only in the Philippines but also in various regions all around the world. Some criminals have no choice but to commit crimes due to lack of job opportunities.

The Philippine government is implementing stricter policy but the crimes continue to exist behind the knowledge of the authorities. The rate of criminality continue to increase despite the stricter rules and regulations.

A Facebook user named Ralph Laurence Cabrera has shared the video footage of a motorcycle rider who stole a helmet attached from a motorcycle at a parking lot. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.

In the video, it can be seen that a motorcycle rider arrived at a parking space of a certain establishment. He parked beside another motorcycle and checked the surroundings after he saw two helmets left at a motorcycle.

The culprit pretend to arrange something from his bike and stealthily took the helmet from another motorcycle. The suspect immediately run away and leave the establishment after stealing the helmet.
