The video footage of wiper boys performing “Walang bayad, walang banlaw” modus goes viral after it was posted online.

Nowadays, a lot of people are engaging in various activities and livelihood projects just to earn money and provide the necessities of the family amid the coronavirus pandemic that placed Filipinos under the brink of poverty.

However, some individuals are engaging in illegal activities and other inappropriate jobs just to earn money. Some of them are just too desperate after experiencing extreme poverty in life.

A Facebook user named “Kev Bautista” has shared the video footage of wiper boys using “Walang bayad, walang banlaw” modus. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.

In the video, it can be seen that Bautista is slowly driving along the road but stopped due to the heavy traffic congestion in the area. Several young boys splashed some water and soap into the vehicle’s windshield.

However, the boys will ask the drivers to pay before wiping the soap from the windshield. The wiper boys will not remove the soap from the windshield if the driver refused to pay for the service.

The boys did not rinse and wipe the windshield after the driver refused to accept the offer. It forces the driver to get out of the vehicle and clean it.
