Cops Arrest 2 Suspects for Biting Ear of the Drinking Buddy Due to Misunderstanding
QUEZON CITY – The police authorities arrest two suspects for biting the ear of their “Kainuman” due to “Sabaw” issue.
The drinking session of three individuals resulted into an unfortunate incident due to a misunderstanding. The incident reportedly happened at a ‘karinderya’ in Barangay Culiat, Quezon City.
The 30-year-old victim suffered wounds and injuries on his right ear after one of his drinking buddies bite it. The latter has been rushed to the hospital for immediate medical treatment. The victim’s ear has been stitched.
According to the police authorities, the two suspects identified as Juanito Gaviola and Rogelio Losorata visited the victim for a drinking session. After the session, the three decided to eat at a “karinderya”.
One of the suspects Juanito Gaviola repeatedly asked for “Sabaw” (Soup) from the waitress. However, the waitress got offended of Gaviola’s action prompting the victim to stop his friend.
“Habang kumakain sila, yung isang suspek natin nanghingi raw ng sabaw. Ngayon, nababastos daw yung waitress,” Criminal investigation unit chief Police Lieutenant Anthony Dasquel said.
Unfortunately, the suspect got offended and attacked the victim. Gaviola holds the victim and suddenly bites his ear during the commotion. The culprit denied the accusations and claimed that the victim was the first to attack him.
Rogelio explained that he decided not to intervene.
The victim would file charges of serious physical injury against the two suspects who were currently detained at QCPD Station 14.
