Habal-Habal Rider Nabbed Over Attempt to Delivery “TsaaBu” in Bacoor City
Police authorities arrested a habal-habal rider after he was caught with “tsaabu” in possession that is said to be delivered in Bacoor City, Cavite.
An illegal drug was discovered in a Chinese tea bag from a habal-habal driver in Cavite, according to authorities. According to the report, the rider traveled to Cavite to deliver almost P13 million in shabu, which led to his detention in a buy-bust operation.

Jay-r Fuenteveros y Banal, alias “Panget,” of Bicutan, Paraaque City, was identified as the culprit. According to the report, a purchase bust operation was conducted in Pulong by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) IV-A Cavite PO, PDEA IS, PDEA RO-NCR, AFP, Cavite DEU, and Bacoor City Police Station. Against the suspect, Mabilog St., Brgy Molino IV, Bacoor City, Cavite.
According to Asst Regional Director Billy Viray, PDEA IV-A, the culprit was apprehended after a confidential source in the vicinity performed casing surveillance. The suspect claims he was unaware of the contents of his habal-habal.
He went on to say that he had no idea the narcotics were going to be delivered to someone in Cavite and that he was only paid P1,000. A tea bag containing a 2-kilo suspected shabu with a street value of P13,800,000 was discovered from the suspect.
During a buy-bust operation in Bulacan, the PDEA seized 60 kilos of “shabu” (crystal meth) for P414 million. Following the operation, authorities claimed they confiscated a vehicle, one android phone, one basic phone, and several identity cards from the suspect.
