ANC Anchor Burns Prexy Bet Montemayor Claiming Isko Moreno Paid ABS-CBN

Presidential candidate Jose Montemayor claimed that Manila Mayor Isko Moreno is paying ABS-CBN, which was flagged by an ANC anchor.

Karmina Constantino, an ANC anchor, slammed presidential contender Jose Montemayor on their Zoom meeting. During an interview with “Dateline Philippines,” he implied that Isko Moreno may have been paid off by ABS-associated CBN’s firm.

Constantino questioned Moreno on his claim during the presidential debate that internet mogul Bill Gates had given him $ 15 million dollars. Constantino questioned why Montemayor claimed to have read the material in several publications, but now claims that his source had learned about it.

“If you will just research, especially if you are in the media, you should have known better,” Montemayor said. “Unless Isko Moreno paid the ANC and ABS-CBN.”

When Constantino’s ear tingled, Montemayor turned back and clarified that she was not getting paid. He went on to say that no politician is paid by ABS-CBN or the ANC.

“I’m sorry, I will not let that pass, Dr. Montemayor. We are not in the business of getting paid. I am personally insulted by that insinuation,” said by the ANC journalist.

“Let me tell you, that is not an insinuation that I will take lightly. This company is not in the business of getting paid. This journalist that you are talking to right now has never been — and never will be — paid by anyone to ask or to not ask any question,” Constantino said.
