Sharon Cuneta dedicated this post to Charlie Cojuangco
Megastar Sharon Cuneta wrote a lengthy message for her former boyfriend Tarlac First District Representative Carlos “Charlie” Cojuangco who passed away just recently.
It is known to many fans of the actress-host that she had a past relationship with the son of the late business tycoon Danding Cojuangco. In a previous article, it was recalled when Sharon shared the “C” in her life. Although she did not divulge the name of that person, her fans immediately assumed that it was Charlie.
Sharon, through her recent Instagram post, paid tribute to the man who was very close to her. “I had never lost someone I was extremely close to and who was a big part of my life before, much less an ex-fiancé, until yesterday. So sudden. So unexpected. Too young,” she said.
The Megastar shared that it was her husband Senator Kiko Pangilinan who told her about the sad news. Sharon joined the campaign activities of Sen. Kiko in Tarlac at that time. She shared that knowing that the sad news affected her, her husband gave her comfort.
In her post, Sharon Cuneta thanked Charlie Cojuangco for all the good memories that they had when they were together and the family that she gained because of him.
“Most of all, thank you for the family I gained because of you: Tito Danding who treated me like a daughter, Tita Gretchen who is still “Mom” to me whenever I once in a while see her in our building, Abuelita Nuning who never failed to show me how much she loved me even long after “us,” the Megastar shared.
Sharon Cuneta is also saddened by the fact that Charlie had to leave already just weeks after he got married again but she is thankful that her former boyfriend is now in a better place.
