In her recent Facebook post, the first child of Vic and Dina said that children in a broken family should not feel broken because it is just their parents’ relationship that ended.

To the children of separated parents… You are not doomed to repeat the mistakes of your parents. You will find love and you have love kasi you learned from what they did wrong. Marriage lang nila ang nag end pero ikaw hindi… you are not broken,” Danica Sotto said.

She added that guidance must be asked from above as this is something that no other people can do. “Ask God to help and guide you. Kasi if we genuinely experience and understand God’s love. You won’t need to prove yourself to other people. You know na buo ka kasi HE fills in the gaps. Yung di kayang punuin ng mga tao lang,” the celebrity mom said.

Danica included in this post a collage photo of her parents. Apparently, this was taken during her wedding with PBA player Marc Pingris. It can be seen in the photo that Vic and Dina were emotional as they were hugging their daughter.

Based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Vic and Dina got married in 1982. The seasoned actress gave birth to Danica Sotto in 1983 and Oyo Boy came in 1984. The former couple separated in 1986 and their marriage was officially annulled in 1992.
