MMDA Chief Apprehends Violator w/ Nice Bike, Rider Says “Wala po akong pera”
The MMDA traffic czar apprehended a traffic violator driving a nice bike filled with gold bolts and the rider explained “Wala po akong pera”.
MMDA chief Edison Bong Nebrija has shared the photos of a traffic violator driving a nice bike filled with gold bolts. The post is currently circulating online and garnered various reactions from the netizens.
Nebrija apprehended the motorcycle rider for committing multiple traffic violation. The rider is wearing a substandard helmet, slippers, shorts and registration is already expired, which have corresponding sanctions and penalties.
However, the traffic personnel wonders how could the rider fail to purchase standard helmet and register his motorcycle on time if his bike is filled with expensive yet unnecessary accessories.
The rider just borrowed the old and substandard helmet while his registration had expired for a certain period of time.
The road personnel asked him the reason for being unable to buy a quality helmet and register its motorcycle. The rider explained that he had no enough money for those stuff and admitted that his money was spent for gold bolts and open muffler.

“The wrong mindset.
This rider has one of the nicest bikes I’ve seen, gold bolts and all. However, his helmet aside from being old and inferior is just borrowed. He was wearing shorts and slippers and when we checked his registration it was already expired. So I asked him why? He replied, “Wala po akong pera.”
So san napunta ang pera? Napunta pambili ng gold bolts at open mufflers. Oh di ba…”
