Man Attempted to Conduct “Sagasa” Modus Operandi Caught on Camera

Video footage captured a man initiating his “sagasa” modus operandi against a moving car but failed due to a dash camera.

When it comes to pedestrian accidents, the majority of us sympathize with the pedestrian and place the responsibility on the motorist. Some people have taken advantage of this by deliberately colliding with automobiles in order to collect money.

The “sagasa modus operandi,” which used to comprise someone feigning being sideswiped by a passing car, has been revamped. However, security cameras put in cars can deter them from engaging in unlawful conduct.

A video of a man attempting the “sagasa” method was uploaded on Facebook by the Visor page. In the footage, a vehicle was driving quietly when a pedestrian abruptly emerged to cross the street.

The pedestrian was supposed to cross the street, but he changed his mind. On the footage, it can be seen that instead of crossing, he ran straight to the car that hit him. The motorist is alert since he did not panic right away.

The pedestrian confronts the driver and attempts to resolve the collision. The driver, on the other hand, informed him that he had a dashcam and that he had been filmed while performing the modus operandi.

As a result, the pedestrian was unable to carry out his “sagasa” strategy and apologized to the driver. The video went popular on social media, eliciting a variety of responses from the online community.
