Vhong Navarro Received P1M aid from Willie Revillame After Elevator Incident
Kapamilya actor and TV host Vhong Navarro allegedly received P1 million cash aid from Willie Revillame after his elevator incident.
Cristy Fermin shared why Vhong Navarro is so thankful to Willie Revillame in Monday’s ‘Cristy Ferminute’ episode. Willie was one of the first to assist Vhong after he was assaulted in the elevator due to an incident involving a lady, according to Cristy.

Willie went to the hospital where Vhong was being treated for bruising on his face, according to Cristy. Willie moved Vhong to a larger room because the actor’s room was too small when doctors and investigators arrived, according to Cristy.
“Si Willie po ay nagpunta kay Vhong sa ospital. Nung makita niya yung kwarto ni Vhong, nag-isip siya, anliit-liit ika niya ng kwarto ni Vhong pag nagpunta doon ang mga imbestigador, ang mga abogado at doktor, so pinalipat niya si Vhong sa mas malaking kwarto,” said the showbiz columnist.
The columnist also said that just as the TV personality was ready to leave, he handed Vhong a check for P1 million. He stated that Vhong would never forget Willie’s assistance to him back then, and that the Kapamilya actor remains thankful to the ‘Wowowin’ presenter to this day.
“Tapos nung paalis na siya, nag-ipit siya ng tseke kay Vhong Navarro. Umiyak si Vhong. Hulaan mo magkano yung nasa tseke? 1 million pesos,” Cristy revealed.
Vhong Navarro was engaged in a scandal many years ago involving a woman and getting battered in an elevator, which went all the way to court. The assault of Vhong by men in a condominium unit on January 22, 2014, was identified as the source of the dispute because the comedian was accused of pestering Deniece Cornejo, a friend of businessman Cedric Lee.
