Beauty Gonzalez talked about her leading man Dingdong Dantes
Kapuso actress Beauty Gonzalez said that in her new primetime series I Can See You: AltereNate, she is seeing four Dingdongs, and here is the reason behind this.
Beauty is ecstatic to be a leading lady of the Primetime Kapuso King for her first primetime series in GMA-7. In the series, she is playing the wife of Nate, played by Dingdong Dantes.
However, the actor is playing the character of Michael, the long-lost twin brother of Nate. Both men who grew up from different adoptive families also have different personalities.
With these kinds of characters that Dingdong Dantes is giving life, Beauty Gonzalez that it is like seeing four Dingdongs, based on the article in GMA Entertainment. “’Cause each Dingdong has like two personalities and imagine Nate has two personalities and so is Michael. And imagine, ‘pag nag-ark na ‘yung personalities na ‘yon so it’s like four characters so you have to do it twice so it’s six characters all in one,” the actress said.
For the actress, this is a different kind of experience because she got to see different persons every day. She also shared that it is easy for her to emerge in the scene because of how Dingdong would portray his characters.
“I get to character na talaga ang magkakambal kasi sila so sometimes nadadala talaga ako sa character nilang dalawa. ‘Yan ang difficulty but ‘yan ang exciting part if paano namin naitawid ang lahat,” the actress shared.
Beauty Gonzalez also shared that Dingdong Dantes helped her deliver her role well. Their director Dominic Zapata also contributed a lot to how the actress was able to portray her character as well as she can.
