Antipolo Announces Class Suspensions in All Levels From January 17-29, 2022

WALANG PASOK – Antipolo City has declared class suspensions in the town from January 17 to 29, 2022 for all levels.

Over the past few weeks, the cases of coronavirus disease has started to increase again after the Holiday Season. Many people have experienced various diseases after attending parties during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations.

Different regions and provinces have raised the alert levels to control the movement of people and prevent the further spread of the respiratory disease and its new variants including Omicron.

Class Suspensions

The increasing cases of COVID-19 causes the tight supply of Paracetamol brands including  Biogesic, Decolgen, Bioflu, Decolgen, Neozep, Symdex, Tuseran, Solmux and other medicines.

On Friday (January 14, 2022), Jun-Andeng Ynares, the Executive Assistant to the Mayor of Antipolo City has declared suspension of classes for all levels in both public and private schools from January 17 to 29, 2022.

Antipolo local government made the announcement to allow ill teachers, students and other school personnel to rest and recover. The class cancellation covers face-to-face, and online classes.

Class Suspensions

Ynares announced that the city government will push through the scheduled semestral break from January 31 to February 5, 2022.

Walang Pasok sa lahat ng antas (ALL LEVELS) sa parehong PHYSICAL (F2F) at VIRTUAL (Online) sa mga PUBLIC and PRIVATE schools sa lungsod ng Antipolo mula January 17 to 29, 2022 para mabigyan ng panahon ang ating mga mag-aaral, magulang, mga guro at school personnel lalo na ang mga tinamaan ng sakit nitong pagpasok ng taon para makapagpahinga at magpagaling.
