Seasoned actress Lotlot de Leon has this answer when she was asked about the real score between her daughter Janine Gutierrez and her Marry Me, Marry You leading man Paulo Avelino.
Viewers of the Kapamilya primetime series can see the good chemistry between Janine and Paulo. With this, it is inevitable that they will be linked to each other especially that rumors surfaced that Janine already broke up with Kapuso actor-host Rayver Cruz. Based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Lotlot de Leon was asked about the current status of the love life of Janine Gutierrez. It is because people have started putting malice in the onscreen partnership of Janine and Paulo as they really look comfortable with each other now that their characters in the series are already married.
When asked about this during the media conference for her movie Huling Ulan sa Tag-Araw, Lotlot just smiled and said that her daughter can decide for herself. “That’s really up to her. That’s her decision,” she said.
Previously, Paulo Avelino said in an interview that he is open to the possibility of getting married one day when he is ready and with the right person. It is known to many showbiz fans that his girlfriend is Filipino-Australian model Jodie Tarasek. They have been together since 2017. “If you commit to something, you should decide and you should be decided to be there and stick through your commitment,” the actor said.
In a recent interview, amid the breakup rumors, Janine Gutierrez shared that she is not closing her doors to second chances when it comes to relationships.
