Mike Enriquez Airs Hilarious Reaction To John Lloyd Cruz’s Funny Moment
MIKE ENRIQUEZ – Veteran anchor Mike Enriquez aired his hilarious reaction to John Lloyd Cruz’s funny moment.
John Lloyd Cruz is considered one of the most prominent actors of his generation. He took an indefinite break from the show business back in 2017.
This year, he had his showbiz comeback. He is now under Maja Salvador’s talent management agency, Crown Artist Management (CAM). He inked a partnership with the Kapuso network last November 9.
In an interview with 24 Oras on Nov. 30, John Lloyd imitated veteran anchor Mike Enriquez’s accent. Bea Alonzo was seated beside him during the interview.
The prominent actor got asked if he can share some updates about his upcoming sitcom with the Kapuso network. JLC replied: “Nelson ayoko magbigay muna… baka mamaya hindi accurate ang information ko…”
Bea cut Lloydie off in mid-sentence and asked why he spoke like Mike Enriquez. “Bakit pag nagsasalita, parang si Mike Enriquez?” she said.

John Lloyd Cruz then gave the following statements using Mike’s accent: “Nagpa-practice na po ako. Alam mo Nelson, ang pwede ko lang ibahagi sa’yo ay nakapag-taping na kami ng unang cycle namin. Pwede mong asahan ‘yang information na ‘yan, hindi ‘yan fake news”
Both Bea Alonzo and Nelson Canlas could not help but laugh.
The veteran anchor quickly reacted to JLC’s impersonation of him. He told his co-anchors Vicky Morales and Mel Tiangco, “Sabagay, dati na kong napagkamalang si John Lloyd. Sa totoo lang… mahirap.”
“Magising ka, Mike. Wake up, wake up,” Mel humorously responded to him.
