Paolo Contis Reaction About “As A Friend” Status w/ Rumored GF Yen Santos

Here’s how Paolo Contis reacted to questions about his status with his rumored girlfriend.

PAOLO CONTIS – Controversial actor Paolo Contis was asked if he and rumored new girlfriend Yen Santos are still on “as a friend” status or not anymore.

Kapuso actress LJ Reyes admitted that her split with actor Paolo Contis was a painful split. It was accordingly a decision not mutually agreed upon. She also hinted that issues about money and a third party were among the reasons why they have ended their five-year romance.

Following the interview of LJ where she confirmed their breakup, several photos of the actor with actress Yen Santos surfaced and from then, the bashing and critical comments about him became more intense. They were accused of cheating but up until this writing, the two have neither denied nor admitted if there’s a blossoming romance between them.

Meanwhile, Paolo has been dropping hints lately about being with Yen. Previously, they’ve had an alleged dinner date together for the birthday of the actress. They posted similar photos at the same time. Also, he’s been tagging her in his IG stories but in a manner where it is not easily visible to the viewers.

And now, when asked if they are still on “as a friend” status, the actor did not say anything but just a laughing emoji to PEP. He’s also “wapakels” to those people he doesn’t know personally but making comments against his personal life. He got used to it until he felt nothing about those criticizing statements anymore. He clapped back to them, “Ang lilinis nila!”

According to him, the comments that he will only cater will be the comments about his acting skills because he is an actor by profession. He believed it is just right he should be judged by his profession but he’s close ears if he’s being judged because of his choices for his personal life.

He said based on a report from PEP, “Kung ma-bash ka dahil sa acting ko, di ba? Kasi, artista ako, e. Naniniwala ako na we should be judged by our profession.”
