Hardworking Rider Selling Goods Aside from Delivering Orders Goes Viral Online

A hardworking rider earned praises and admiration online for selling goods aside from his delivery job to earn more money.

The Facebook page “Trending Now” has shared the photo of a hardworking rider who sells goods aside from performing his job as a delivery worker. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.

In the photo, it can be seen that the deliver employee is offering sweets and other goodies to his customer, which were placed inside of another insulated box. He made the offer after delivering the customer’s order.

The delivery rider is selling delicious and mouth-watering deserts such as ‘leche flan’ and ‘ube’ for P100 per tub. The customer expressed its admiration for the guy for being resourceful and hardworking amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The Grab employee explained that he need to work hard to earn more amount of cash amid the health crisis in the country.

Noong isang araw, nagpadeliver ako ng lunch. Pagkabigay sa akin ni kuya rider nung order ko, nagbukas sya ng isa pang insulated bag.

Kuya: Ma’am baka gusto mo, pang-dessert po. One hundred lang ube o kaya leche flan.

Me: Sige po, isang leche flan. Ayos ‘yang diskarte mo sir ah, sinasabay mo sa mga deliveries tapos inaalok mo na rin yung mga pinagdedeliver-an mo?

Kuya: Yes ma’am, kailangan magsipag at dumoble kayod lalo na ngayong pandemic eh.

Dalangin ko na lahat tayo makaahon ngayon, lalo na ang mga gaya ni kuya na madiskarte at masipag.
