Social Media Influencer Earns Reactions Online for Lambasting Motorists After Occupying Bike Lane

A social media influencer has lambasted the motorists and vehicle drivers for using and occupying the bike lane.

Nowadays, a lot of Filipino people were experiencing hardships and difficulties due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. Some of our countrymen have started to use bicycles due to lack of transport vehicles.

The Philippine government is already implementing stricter traffic policy and provides bike lane for Filipino cyclists. However, there are some cyclists who were abusing their privilege along the road.

A Facebook user named Lucky Mercado has shared the video footage of his travel journey on his way home. The video footage immediately spread like a wildfire online and garnered various reactions from the social media users.

In the video, it can be seen that the cyclist expressed his rage towards the vehicle drivers who were using the lane allocated for the cyclist. He also criticized those who were violating the traffic policy in the area.

Initially, the cyclist was happy with the traffic rules and regulations being implemented at a certain area for making bike lanes exclusive for cyclists only. After traveling a couple of kilometers, several vehicles were already using the bike lane.

After a few moments, the biker expressed his frustrations against a bus driver for occupying the bike lane leaving cyclist with no choice but to use the regular lanes.
