Nadine Lustre Appeals o Respect Her Choice of Candidates for 2022 Elections
NADINE LUSTRE – The actress appeals to the public to respect her choice of candidates running for the upcoming 2022 elections.
The actress is one of many celebrities who have publicly stated their support for Vice President Leni Robredo as the Philippines’ next president. She did say, though, that she would not try to persuade anyone to change their minds on who to vote for president if they had already made up their minds.

Nadine has stated that she is not the kind to persuade individuals who have already made up their minds about who to vote for to alter their minds and vote for her candidate. The actress also advises everyone to give their whole support to their candidate if they have already chosen one.
“You can support who you wanna support. And you shouldn’t be afraid to say it to people. And if you wanna support someone, you do it all the way,” Nadine said over the podcast of Saab Magalona and Jim Bacarro.
She believes it is strange to encourage people to vote and make sensible decisions if they have already made up their minds. The actress was also perplexed as to why individuals would be embarrassed by their decisions.
She then defended her decision to vote for Vice President Leni for President, while also stating that she will not question the choice of her fellow voter. Nadine would also never argue with people who oppose the vice president standing for president in the 2022 elections.
“Ako naman, if you don’t like my pick, that’s your problem. Ako, I know who I’m gonna vote for. It’s just like that. I respect everyone’s preferences,” Nadine said.
She stated that the voter’s choice is his or her own, which she respects. She’s also recently shut down body shamers. Cristy Fermin, a showbiz columnist, advised the actress to avoid wearing revealing clothing in order to avoid getting chastised.
Her remark about Nadine sparked outrage on social media, prompting a flurry of responses. Nadine’s recent tweets about “Marites” and someone being poisonous, on the other hand, have gotten a lot of attention.
